Clean the figs with a damp cloth without damaging the skin and arrange on a serving dish.
In a small saucepan, caramelize the sugar with about 4 tablespoons of water, but be careful not to become too dark.
When it is ready pour it on figs, let thicken and put in the fridge for a few hours.
