Marinated breast
Instructions
Tap the meat slices and put them in a bowl 1.
Flavour with salt and pepper, sprinkle garlic and parsley and wet them with lemon juice.
Keep in a cool place, in this marinade for 1 hour.
Then in 1 pan heat 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the slices well drain from marinade and cook over high heat a few minutes per side.
Finally pour the sauce over the meat in the marinade, let boil for a few seconds, then remove from heat and serve.
