Wine livers
Instructions
Clean the livers and cut in half.
Melt 30 g butter on high heat and pour in the livers.
Cook for 3 minutes mixing them often then salt and wet with wine.
Continue cooking on low flame for 5-7 minutes.
Remove the Pan from the heat, add the remaining butter, 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley and lemon juice.
Stir until the butter is melted and serve.

- 500 g of chicken livers
- 50 g of butter
- 1 glass red wine
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
- Salt
