Giant ceiling lamp with basil
Instructions
Wash the basil leaves, dry them and blend together with garlic and peeled almonds previously scalded in boiling water and skinned, joining also the cheese and 2 tablespoons of cream.
Stir the mixture with melted butter.
Boil pasta al dente, drain and dress with the sauce.
Sprinkle with pepper and serve.

- 1 clove of garlic
- 10 almonds
- 50 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons of cream
- 30 g of butter
