Virtuoso dessert
Instructions
Remove the slices from the box without throwing the liquid.
Put the four most beautiful slices on dessert plates, four cospargendole with a little sugar.
Put into Blender jug the ricotta crumbled, the rest of the sugar and a few tablespoons of pineapple juice.
Blend and, if necessary, add more juice to obtain a fluid cream for a certain consistency.
Place the cream in the center of each slice of pineapple and a cherry on top and a side of mint cimetta.

- 300 g of fresh ricotta
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 box of sliced pineapple
- 4 candied cherries
- 4 florets of mint
