Instructions

Wash and dry tomatoes.

Empty them gently with a spoon.

Salt the inside of the tomatoes and let them lose water.

Put in the mixer the basil leaves washed and dried, the pine nuts, 1 tablespoon oil, 1 of milk and blend well.

Sift the ricotta cheese, put it in a bowl and add the pureed sauce, salt and paprika.

Mix and fill the tomatoes with the cream.

Garnish with capers and serve.
