Instructions
Halve the bread slices and abbrustolirle on the gridiron.
Crush the kernels in the mortar with garlic and anchovy fillets, pouring the oil, a little at a time.
When the mixture is smooth join 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 of vinegar and a pinch of pepper.
Mix well and spread the cream on bread slices.

- 8 anchovy fillets

- 1 clove of garlic
