Warm crostini with truffle
Instructions
De-boned anchovy, wash and pestatela in the mortar with garlic and parsley until you obtain a mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Clean well the truffles, brush, wash and dry them.
Put in a pan 30 g of butter and oil and let Brown, low flame, the chopped prepared.
After a few seconds add the finely sliced truffles (better if cut with the appropriate tool).
Stir and cook in low heat, for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, cut in half the bread slices to cassette, forming triangles and FRY in the remaining butter.
When the crostini are well browned, drain and cover with truffles; arrange on a heatproof dish and place in oven at medium heat for 5 minutes, then serve.

- 1 anchovy
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of parsley
- 100 g of tartufo d'alba
- 130 g of butter
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 6 slices of bread (or bread)
