White truffle crostini
Instructions
Make a mixture with anchovy desalted and fillet, garlic and parsley.
Brush the truffle.
In a pan place 30 g of butter and a few tablespoons of olive oil, add the chopped and saute gently over low heat.
Add the thinly sliced truffle and cook for 10 minutes on very low heat.
Halve the slices of bread and FRY in the remaining butter.
Arrange on the prepared sauce and serve the croutons well hot.

- 50 g of tartufo bianco d'alba
- 100 g of butter
- 1 salted anchovy
- 1 slice of garlic
- Little of parsley
- 4 slices of bread
- Olive oil
