Instructions
Pull the dough bottom and walls of a buttered, cover with foil, then with dried beans and bake in hot oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove the beans and paper and cover with a layer of jam, with a layer of half of the whipped cream, with a layer of half the sliced fruit with a layer of the remaining whipped cream and fruit.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of short pastry
- 100 g of fresh cream
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- Butter
- 50 g of marmalade
- 3 kiwi
- 2 bananas
