Instructions
Knead the flour with the soft butter in small pieces, oil, egg and a pinch of salt, adding cold water to obtain a homogeneous paste and supple, you do stand for about an hour in the fridge, covered with the film.
Then roll out the dough to a thickness of a few millimeters, and with it the bottom and lined the walls of a mould with a diameter of 26 cm, buttered and floured.
Cover the dough with a sheet of baking paper on which to distribute the dried beans, then bake in the oven at 200 degrees already warm for about 30 minutes.
Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
Chop the Basil and season with a little oil, salt and pepper to taste.
The base, remove baked beans and paper and spread on the dough before the Basil and tomatoes and mozzarella.
Add salt, pepper, flavored with oregano to taste and cook in preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes.
