Watermelon in cognac
Instructions
Cut the watermelon shell; dig the pulp and after eliminating the seeds, cut into large cubes and place into a bowl.
Sprinkle the flesh with sugar, drizzle it with cognac and pour it into the watermelon emptied; place over the cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

- 3 cups of cognac
