Riesling cream
Instructions
Please narrow down the wine with potatoes.
When they are cooked pass through with the schiacciaverdura and add the broth.
Separately mix the butter with the flour and cream and combined all the broth.
Puree and check the density if too thick simmer a little longer.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of riesling wine
- 2 potatoes
- 50 cl of restricted stock
- 1 walnut butter
- 3 tablespoons of cream
- 1/2 tablespoon of flour
