Peach cream
Instructions
Get molds of 6 10-20 cl of capacity each.
Blanching peaches in boiling water, deprive the skin, cut them in half, remove the core and put them in the blender.
In a bowl mix the puree with yogurt and icing sugar.
Heat the Citrus juices, and mix in gelatin and add them to the peach puree.
Whip the cream and add the fruit gently.
Pour the mixture in the molds and place them in the refrigerator lasciandovele for about 2-3 hours.
Before serving, emerge them in warm water and sformatele dishes.
Garnish with whipped cream and meringue flowers and sprinkle with cocoa.
You can serve this preparation with a raspberry sauce.

- 90 g of peach mousse
- 175 g of yoghurt
- 50 g of icing sugar
- 1/2 cedar (juice)
- 1/2 oranges (juice)
- 4 sheets of gelatine
- 15 cl of cream
- Cream
- For garnishing:
- 6 flower-shaped meringues
- Cocoa
