Gisse cutlets
Instructions
Beat the egg; Sprinkle both sides of meat in beaten egg then impanarle in the breadcrumbs and finally brush up in the egg.
Fry the chops so obtained.
Take a baking dish and place the slices of pork chop.
On these spread a slice of ham, a handful of sliced mushrooms and cover with sliced mozzarella.
Finally put on all 2 curls of margarine and put in oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot.

- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs
- 100 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of ham
- 300 g of mozzarella
- 2 slices of veal (keep slices)
- Curls 2 of margarine
