Stuffed leg of pork
Instructions
Soak the bread in milk, add the egg, the Apple, cut into cubes, cinnamon, salt and pepper.
Stuff leg, salt and wrap in wax paper, lay it in the previously wet dish with vegetables, a little oil and red wine.
