Instructions
In a saucepan melt the chocolate with sugar and coffee, stirring often.
Remove the custard from the heat when it is soft and smooth and cool.
Combine the egg whites to the cream, stirring gently from bottom to top.
Add the cognac, stirring very gently.
Divide the cream into 4 individual cups and place in refrigerator for 2 hours.
Garnish with whipped cream and cookies and serve.

- 150 g of chocolate
- 1 cup of strong coffee
- 3 egg whites mounted to snow
- 50 g of sugar
- 1 dram of cognac

- 4 language of cat biscuits
