Whisky cups
Instructions
First of all, prepare the base of vanilla ice cream, according to the recipe.
While the ice cream is in the freezer, cut into tiny cubes chocolate.
Put the cups in the freezer to cool.
When the ice cream is ready, knock it with a wooden spoon into the bowl of ice cream maker to soften it slightly and add the cubes of chocolate.
With the proper tool made of scoops and distribute them in the cups.
In each of them paid a small glass of whisky.
Serve immediately.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1 vanilla ice cream (see recipe)
- 200 g of bitter chocolate
- 4 cups of whisky
