Instructions
Cut the rabbit into pieces, place in 1 pan with the oil, vinegar, 1 chopped onion and Sage, salt, pepper and olives.
Cover the Pan and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, then lower the heat to low and continue cooking for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Drain the rabbit and place it on a serving platter.
To thicken the sauce to Bowl uncovered for a few minutes and then pour it on the Bunny.

- 1 rabbit from 1250 g
- 1 glass of olive oil
- 1 glass of white wine vinegar
- 1 onion
- 1 sprig of sage
- 200 g of black olives
- Salt
- Pepper
