Lobster Cocktail (Cocktail di Aragosta)
Instructions
Drain the lobster meat from the liquid, cut it into small pieces, put it in a bowl and sprinkle with lemon juice.
Drain peas, wash them, let them drain for a few minutes and add them with lobster.
Clean the lettuce, wash it, squeeze it, finely affettatela and add to other ingredients.
Put the cream in a bowl; Add mayonnaise, brandy, ketchup and horseradish, grated.
Season with a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a bit of paprika and stir thoroughly.
Pour the sauce on the lobster mixture and mix everything thoroughly.
Distribute your ' lobster cocktail in individual cups and serve right away.

- 200 g of canned lobster meat
- 1 lemon (juice)
- 100 g of canned peas
- 1 heart of lettuce salad
- 1/2 cup of cream
- 1/2 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 dram of brandy
- 2 tablespoons of ketchup
- 1 tablespoon of grated horseradish
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika
