Lobster cocktail
Instructions
Defrost the lobster.
If you forgot to remove the lobster from the freezer, defrosting time even leaving the envelope for about half an hour under running water; However, it is always preferable to a slow thaw that allows to find a meat more tasty and compact, not traumatized by a defrosting too fast.
Wash and drain lettuce.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds, sbucciatelo and reduce it into thin slices.
Cut julienne lettuce except 4 leaves, the most beautiful, you will need as a bed for the cocktail.
Cut the lobster in half, then take out all the pulp.
Make into small dice the flesh of shellfish.
Mix in a bowl the flesh of lobster, the strips of lettuce and slices of avocado.
Serve with cocktail sauce, ready, stirring gently so as not to crush the pieces.
Two individual cups prepared a bed with lettuce leaves kept aside.
Split between the cups well-seasoned salad.
Garnish with lemon slices and, if desired, with the lobster claws.

- 1 pre-cooked frozen lobster

- 1/2 jar of cocktail sauce
- 1/2 head of lettuce salad
