Rum cocktails
Instructions
Put 4-5 ice cubes in a shaker, pour the rum, lemon juice, egg white and filtered sugar, shake for 6-8 seconds (the time is important because the albumen should not fit too but not too little) and serve in bowls.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 60 g of white rum
- 40 g of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
