Onions in olive oil (3)
Instructions
Rinse and peel the onions and then stendetele on a cloth to dry.
In a pot put vinegar, white wine, salt and pepper and throw yourself through switch bubbles when the onions.
Boil 5 minutes, then drain and put them in the shade to dry for 2 hours.
Prepare the glass jars and sistematevele well compressed and covered with oil.
Close and wait a month before eating them.

- 3000 g of scallions
- 100 cl of wine vinegar
- 50 cl of white wine
- Olive oil
- Hot pepper
- Salt
