Glazed onions
Instructions
Peel the onions.
In a saucepan melt the butter, add the sugar and let it caramelize slightly.
At this point put into even the onions and let them cook for a few moments, rigirandole continuously with a wooden spoon.
Finally pour the broth and simmer in covered container and a low heat for about 15 minutes, so that the onions are glazed perfectly, which is coated with a glossy layer; season with salt and serve.
If you like the flavors details try to replace sugar with honey, you will get a truly unusual flavoured frosting.

- 10 cl of veal broth
