Wild boar to pomegranate
Instructions
Pour all ingredients of marinade in a pan and cook for about 3 quarters of an hour.
Let cool.
Arrange the meat cut into pieces in a large bowl, pour over the marinade and let stand for 12 hours.
Drain the pieces, dry and brown them in oil with sliced onion, add a glass of filtered wine marinade and bring to cooking for 80 minutes, adding more wine if necessary.
Check the salt, remove the meat and put it aside to warm.
Strain the cooking sauce, combine the flour with the cream, add the meat and the pomegranate and put on the fire for 5 minutes.
Mix well and serve.

- 2 pomegranates
- 1000 g of boar
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 onions
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 4 tablespoons of cream
- For the marinade:
- 100 cl of red wine
- == 1 Carrot, cut into Pieces
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 4 grains pepper
- 3 cloves
- 2 sprigs of thyme
- Salt
