Mad chicory
Instructions
Clean and thoroughly wash the chicory.
Then boil it in plenty of lightly salted water for about 45 minutes.
Drain cooked and just squeeze it.
In a saucepan pour the oil and saute the garlic, chili and chicory, adding a pinch of salt.
Stir and continue cooking for about 15 minutes.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of chicory salad
- 1 chili without seeds
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
