Instructions
Melt the butter in a water bath and let cool.
Beat the eggs with sugar until mixture is thick and fluffy.
Stir flour and cocoa, blend the beaten eggs and, to prevent lumps from forming, use sieved.
Softened with the melted butter and, eventually, add the almonds.
Mix well and pour into a buttered and floured doughnut.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for about three quarters of an hour.
Remove from oven, let cool and put on the serving dish.
Serve with zabaglione cream aside.
