With peach Jam Tart

Prepare the pastry by hand or with a food processor, then let it rest for half an hour in the fridge wrapped in a sheet of transparent paper. Past the time necessary, resume the dough and spread it with the help of a bit of flour and a rolling pin into a circle we're going to pose in a tart mould.
On the basis we will add the jam, it is fanned out with a spoon over the entire surface. With a little dough kept aside, we will prepare the tart strips that poseremo on a grid. Fire at 180° c for 25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool and serve.
