Do you cook the Octopus in a pot along with 2 cloves of garlic and parsley. Scola and cut it up into small pieces. Wash the arugula, cut it into small pieces and set it up to Octopus. In a bowl mix the lemon juice, the chopped garlic, olive oil, pepper, salt and mustard. Condisci everything with this sauce.
