Ricotta pie with Bacon and mushrooms
Instructions
Make Brown a clove of garlic with the Diced Bacon in a skillet. Combine the mushrooms, salt, pepper and let Cook for about 10 or 15 minutes to dry any excess liquid. Leave to cool and combine the ricotta, grated Parmesan cheese, chives, a little salt, a little pepper, then mix everything.
