Ginger white cauliflower
Instructions
Divide the cauliflower into florets and boil al dente in boiling salted water.
Drain and allow to cool.
Meanwhile, in a saucepan over gentle dissolve anchovies de-boned in 3 tablespoons of olive oil; combine grated ginger and vinegar and chopped capers.
To mix the sauce and pour it on cauliflower finishing with chopped parsley.

- 1 white cauliflower
- 4 salted anchovies
- 1 bit of ginger
- Capers
- Chopped parsley
- Apple cider vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- Sea salt
