Roast red mullet fillets with curry

3_07085 MULLET FILLETS CURRY GRATIN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 800 g fillets of red mullet, 2 onions, leek, 4 2 dl cream, 1 tablespoon of curry, 4 small tomatoes, 2 cloves of garlic, olive oil, pepper and salt, 100 g of grated Gruyere cheese.
Clean the leeks and cut them into rings; deliver in a buttered baking dish and sprinkle over mullet fillets, salted, peppered and sprayed with oil.
Cut the onions into rings and fry them lightly in olive oil.
Add the curry powder and cream, stir well and remove from heat.
Spread the onion over fillets, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake 40 minutes in the oven already warm in 200° cut the tomatoes in half.
Stir in the chopped garlic and olive oil with salt and pepper, mix well then pour the mixture on the tomatoes, bake and cook for two minutes.
