Marinated carrots
Instructions
Boil the cleaned carrots in salted water for a quarter of an hour.
Al dente, drain, dry them very thoroughly with a kitchen towel and cut them into sticks.
Raccoglietele in a salad bowl.
Rub a bowl with the garlic, add a sprig of parsley, oregano, olive oil, vinegar, salt and chilli crumbled, mix the seasonings.
Pour the mixture over the carrots, stir carefully, let them marinate in a cool place for a full day before serving.

- 500 g of baby carrots
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Oregano
- 1 sprig of parsley
- Wine vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Hot pepper
