Instructions

Immerse the artichokes, as they cleaned, in salted water with lemon, then boil them for about 1/4 of an hour in vinegar seasoned with salt.

Allow to dry upside down on a towel for 24 hours, then layered them into jars and cover them with oil, then by plugging tightly.

After a few days check the oil level and add oil if necessary.
