Marinated anchovies in tomato sauce
Instructions
Peel and wash the anchovies, depriving them of lisca, flour them and fry them in plenty of hot oil.
Once ready formed a layer in a roasting pan in olive oil, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons wine, oil and 2 2 tomatoes, sprinkle with parsley, garlic and chopped Mint with a hint of oregano.
Formed by following the same procedure, several layers until the anchovies, ending with the tomato sauce and the other ingredients.
Passed in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes and serve.

- 1000 g of fresh anchovies
- Flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
