Marinated artichokes
Instructions
Clean the artichokes and cut into wedges.
Bring to a boil 50 cl water by joining, cold, oil, lemon juice, bay leaf, pepper, fennel seeds, chopped celery and a pinch of salt.
Throw the artichokes and cook for about 30 minutes.
Allow to cool in the cooking water and drain them before taking them on the table.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 8 artichokes
- 1 lemon
- 10 grains of white pepper
- 2 leaves of laurel
- 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds
- 1 costa of celery
- 100 g of olive oil
- Salt
