Instructions
After having scalded almonds in boiling water, then peel them and put them in the oven to dry for at least 5 minutes. Then slice them, made them cool. Meanwhile, place the flour on a pastry Board, along with sugar, vanillin (half a sachet) and a bit of salt. After mixing everything, make the fountain, pouring the eggs. Work the dough and add the almonds with a teaspoon of yeast. Work, still, the dough until you get three loaves of 3-4 cm wide that are placed on a buttered and floured (you must leave them a little spaced between them). Here, put them in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, checking that the loaves are not sticking together (possibly pull it off with a knife). After removing the plaque, cut the loaves diagonally until you get a thick slices of 1 cm. Store them, again, in the plaque on the back and put them back in the oven for 5 minutes. Turn them over on the other side and keep them in the oven for another 5 minutes, until they become to biscuits and colorful.
