Instructions
Clipped from squares and cook pasta in salted water; drain and place them on a cloth.
Boil spinach and mince, mix them with butter, cottage cheese and a spoonful of Parmesan.
Put a bit of stuffing in each square of dough, butter a baking dish and put the cannelloni.
Sprinkle them with melted butter and Parmesan.
Put in the oven until you have formed a crust on the surface.
