Pour the flour on the work surface, add a pinch of salt and lots of cooked wine than it takes to have a paste the consistency of the bread.
Knead dough well and then made of sticks about the size of a large pencil, cm long.

Fry the ' cannariculi ' in plenty of boiling olive oil, then drain them and immerse them in diluted honey over heat with a little hot water.
With a fork, pull them from the honey and sprinkle with colored candies; mano a mano which are ready in place a serving dish and serve them when they are cold.
These cupcakes calabri are typical to offer in Christmas holidays but are prepared during the Carnival period.
