Calzone
Instructions
Knead the dough for a minute.
With a rolling pin out into two discs not so subtle.
Cut the mozzarella into cubes, checked the salami and ham, mix it with beaten egg.
Add salt and pepper.
Add the ricotta crumbled.
Place the mixture on half pastry and fold to half-moon.
Press the edges so that the stuffing doesn't escape during baking.
Place in preheated oven at 220 degrees and cook for a quarter of an hour.
Served hot.

- 150 g of bread dough
- 50 g of mozzarella
- 25 g of salami
- 25 g of ham
- 25 g of ricotta
- 1 egg
- Salt
- Pepper
