Golden Calamari (Calamari Dorati)
Instructions
In a bowl mix the flour with the egg whites, baking powder, salt and lots of beer as they just have to get a soft batter.
In a pan heat plenty of oil and friggetevi the squid after having passed into the batter.
When they are golden well pat dry on paper towels and serve warm dusted with white pepper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of squid
- 160 g of flour
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon of yeast
- Beer
- Salt
- White pepper
