Instructions
Pour into a container of earthenware or enameled aluminum, freshly ground coffee, sugar, and 1 l of boiling water.
On sweet flame bring it to a boil and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove from heat, strain through a cloth texture cotton thick, cool, add 1 cup of cream and 4 small glasses of brandy.
Pour in a glass pitcher and go in the refrigerator for 2- -3 hours, stirring occasionally.

- 200 g of freshly ground coffee
- 100 g of sugar
- 100 cl of boiling water
- 1 glass of cream
- 4 cups of aquavit
