Caciocavallo to argentiera Marinated with Alice and Mixed Greens
Instructions
Pass the caciocavallo cheese in flour and pan on all sides; Deglaze with the vinegar and oregano.
Meanwhile, sautee the Mixed Greens with a pinch of salt and form a Patty with food shaping moulds.
Marinate the anchovies with vinegar and lemon juice and serve with Mixed Greens and cheese pie.

- Flour
- Wine vinegar
- 100 g of mixed greens
- 8 fresh anchovies
- 1 lemon (juice)
- Oregano
- Olive oil
- 1 pinch of salt
