Whipped pudding
Instructions
Whip the cream, add the sugar and vanilla.
Line a pudding mold with cookies, spray them with rum, fill with the cream, cover with a layer of biscuits always sprayed by liquor and put in the freezer for about 2 hours.
Flip the cake, garnish with the candied fruit and serve.

- 200 g of biscuits savoiardi
- 50 cl of cream
- 4 tablespoons of icing sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla
- Rum
