The choice of pastures and unspoiled wild Sardinian Highlands cattle bred in the wild, from hand milking the handling of unpasteurized milk, vacuum packaging the maturation and storage.
The Premilabalantha produces cheese and ricotta made from sheep's milk and goat's milk is not subjected to heat treatment and without chemical additives.
The cheese grater that fine from both, are also suggested as the first ingredients in many recipes.
