Bleak in the oven
Instructions
FRY fish in hot oven for a few minutes with oil and Rosemary.
Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with wine and let evaporate.
Drain the bleak and place them on a plate, on a bed of chicory, guarnirle salad with lemon slices and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 800 g of bleak
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1/2 cup of white wine
- Peppercorns
- Salt
- Chicory salad
- 2 lemons
