GOLD and diamond DOME A00020 INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of tuna in oil, 2 boiled potatoes, 100 g of soft boiled peas, boiled carrots, 2, 3 eggs, 250 g mayonnaise, prepared to make 1/2 l of gelatin.
Made of gelatin, pour it in a pan to form a layer about 1 cm tall, let it harden well in refrigerator, then cut it into cubes or coarsely chop the pulp finely.
Divide the potatoes and diced carrots, place them in a bowl with the crumbled tuna, peas and 150 g of mayonnaise and mix well.
Also chopped hard-boiled eggs.
On a plate place the dome composed of tuna, cover with remaining mayonnaise, sprinkle with chopped hard-boiled eggs in order to obtain a? d? oro dome? and distributed all around the dome gelatin.
Serve.
