Lime pudding
Instructions
Prepare the caramel.
Pour into a mold from the pudding so that it covers the bottom and walls.
Prepare the custard: in a saucepan, beat the eggs with sugar until the mixture is fluffy and white.
Dilute with the juice of the lime filter to sieve.
Mix thoroughly and pour the mixture caramelized mould.
Bake in a water bath for one hour or until a toothpick in the cake by placing the whip out dry.
Let simmer.
Withdrawn from the water bath.
Let cool, put the pudding on a serving dish, garnish with lemon peels.
