Leeks with quorn

05986 LEEKS with QUORN INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 250 g of quorn, fillet 400 g leeks (white part only), 150 g carrots, a spoon of olive oil, 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, 15 g of fresh ginger, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 garlic clove and pepper, Peel and grate the ginger in a bowl.
