20593 RED FRUIT JELLY SERVED on a BED of INGREDIENTS for 4 PERSONS 200 g of strawberries, 200 g of raspberries, 250 g of berries (blackberries, blueberries, currants), 25 cl white wine fortified, 5 sheets of gelatin, the juice of one lemon.
Let soften the gelatin sheets in a bowl filled with cold water.
